The London Gin Club is looking for committed, professional and enthusiastic full-time and part-time bar/ floor staff to join our dynamic, friendly team.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to improve their knowledge and skills within the on trade sector and develop and understanding on one specific category.
You will have the opportunity to advance within the business and be part of a rapidly growing, well-respected establishment and be part of a very dedicated team of individuals.
You will receive training and learn about the huge variety if gins available including the distillation process, botanicals and its history.
You must have at least two years hospitality experience and knowledge of cocktails and spirits, with at least a basic understanding of gin alongside excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential. You must be smart, polite and well presented at all times and have a real enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and specifically gin, where we belive, to sell something well you must have a serious interest in it.
