We are very pleased to announce that we have acquired a limited collection of vintage spirits from the 1950’s , 60’s and 70’s with which we will be creating authentic vintage gin cocktails.
We have Gordon’s and Gilbey’s from each decade, along with some more unusual brands that are no longer available Squires, Red Hills, Stock, London Hill, Nicholson and Booths High and Dry. We also have vermouth and Triple Sec from each decade so we’ll be able to create Martini’s, Gin and It’s and White ladies, along with Tom Collins and Gimlets.
