We’ve been working very hard in our ‘experiments lab’ of late to create our brand new addition to our menu, the ‘Gindulgence’ list. We’ve searched our wonderful city for some of the rarer fruits ( and meat!) to garnish your Gin and Tonic or Martini.
Alongside Bergamot, Ugli fruit and bitter orange, we’ve also discovered the most amazing garnish of all…cured fennel pork!… I know, a little ‘out there’ perhaps…but don’t knock it ’til you’ve tried it!
