Well, here we are in May…where did the time go?
We’ve had a great couple of months launching and getting the club going and membership is growing rapidly!
So, to May, we have our G & T night this Friday which will be great. Everyone loves the balloon serve G & T and we’ll be using 5 different tonics, namely Schweppes, Fevertree, Fevertree Med, 1724 and Fentimans. Our garnishes are chosen to pull the flavours of the gin out and to work with them to give you the best gin drink in town! For example, Gilpins is going down very well with a sage and lemon peel garnish, Bathtub with blood orange and The Botanist with lemon and thyme (not lemon thyme though!). We’re also using big chunks of cracked ice which ensures your G & T stays crisp and cold to the very end.
We are very excited about our event on May 26th with Sacred gin. Where you will learn about the different distillates in gin and then blend you own gin! more details on the bulletin below..
