It may well be very difficult to conclude the cocktail list is ‘finished’.
As we nose through old bartender and cocktail books it’s inevitable we’ll find another delicious gin delight to add to the list..therefore, a new addition to the list is the ‘Sloe Gin Rickey’. A wonderful blend of sweet berries and sharp lime, topped up with soda.
Our sloe gin of choice is Haymans. A wonderful bitter sweet infusion perfectly contrasted with lime. Very nice indeed.
